One-to-One Coaching

A special six-week coaching has been devised especially to help people who are interested in learning how to become more Heart Intelligent and how to get more out of life while at the same time learning how to give more to life. Designed to help one become aware of what really is, learn who they really are, and live with more joy.

Small-Group Coaching

This is an extension of the One-to-One Coaching sessions that allows one to dive deeper into the heart and find the riches hidden therein. Groups can contain up to four people plus the coach, and can be people who know one another well or strangers. These sessions can either be live or conducted on conference calls over the Internet.



​Heart Circles

Small groups who want to meet together to help members explore new possibilities in their lives and also serve as support groups can be created upon request, with the facilitation of a coach. Such groups can have a profound effect upon the lives of each memeber, because each person is "medicine" for everyone else.

 

Practice Days

These are special events that can be tailored to last 3 hours (as for an evening) ao all day. The Facilitator runs the event and introduces several special exercises that are furn and that open up our hearts so that we can not only let more love in, but also let more love out. They teach the basic practices of Heart Intelligence that everyone can use on a daily basis to help them live a better life.

 

Weekend Mini-Retreats

Similar to Practice Days, these events are run in two ways: the first is a non-residential retreat, which runs all day Saturday and Sunday; the second is a residential retreat, where everyone travels to a certain location and meets from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. They are incredible experiences that will change your life forever.

 

Coach Training

Anyone who has completed the inroductory course is eligible to apply to the Heart IQ Academy to study how to improve their own coaching and bcome certified as a Heart IQ Coach. Those who are interested should contact either Heart Intelligence Japan or Christian Pankhurt's Heart IQ Academy directly.
